Question 1 XYZ Sdn Bhd decided to develop a shopping platform for user to buy fresh product. After several discussion with management, marketing team and IT department, they agreed to have a system called ShopFresh Online Shopping system that focused on fresh product as seafood, vegetables and fruits. Seller are the person who have directly connection with the fresh product such as fisherman, orchard's owner, fresh product shop's owner or other company that can supply the product on the same ordered day. 2.
