Ending of the year 30 June 2021, Hajrah Berhad earns a profit after tax of RM2,850,000 and the dividends on 300,000 convertible, cumulative preference shares is amount to RM100,000. The preference dividends are not treated as expense in the accounts of Big Candy Berhad. The preference shares are disclosed as equity in the Statement of Financial Position.
