They have entered into a service level agreement with Shady Dealers who would provide her company with bespoke consulting services in exchange for an agreed fee for a period of 36 months. Shady Dealers claim to be One of SAs top five private consulting companies, which was one of the key reasons, Jane`s company decided to work with them. However two months into the contract, her company discovered that Shady Dealers is not one of the top five private consulting companies, but actually one of the worst in the country. Janes company states that had they known this at the time of forming the agreement, they would not have entered into it. Her company wants to know what they can do to exit the contract as there was no reality of consent at the time of entering into the contract.
