The actual and estimated sales are given below: Actual sales (Pula) July 2019 350,000 August 2019 400,000 Estimated sales (Pula) September 2019 450,000 October 2019 600,000 November 2019 December 2019 700,000 700,000 Additional information Cash sales are 60% of the total sales. Credit sales are due at the end of the second month. Manufacturing cost is 75% of the sales; 80% of this cost is paid one month later while the remainder two months later. Fixed costs are P30,000 per month, variable costs are 8% of the sales. During October, the business will invest P50,000 in fixed assets. Tax of P12,000 is paid in November. The opening cash balance on 1 September 2019 was P98,000. Required: Prepare Ngaka's cash budget for the month of September, October and November 2019. (25 marks)
