Whilst walking along the Street in Shamshuipo, Bill found a Smart TV Box was very attractive. He asked Apple whether the Smart TV Box could be used to watch the England Premier League free of charge. Apple said that Smart TV Box can be used for not only watching all England football matches but also could be used for watching the European Champion League without any payment. When Apple found Bill suspicious on what she said, Apple produced a Manuel to Bill and showed part of the specification to Bill, which shows that the Smart TV Box could be used to watch all television channels in the World and there were some world cup football match pictures therein.

Relying on that part of specification in the Manuel, Bill agreed to purchase the Smart TV Box and Apple then prepared the invoice in which no specification of the Smart TV Box had been mentioned.

Yet, when Bill plugged the Smart TV Box to the TV, he was unable to watch any football games therefrom. After checking with the Manuel in details, he subsequently found that the Smart TV Box could only be used in the Peoples Republic of China and subject to charges by relevant video on demand service suppliers thereat. Bill was very angry and rushed to the shop of Apple and asked for his money back. Yet , Apple was found leaving shop at the back Gate when she saw Bill rushing in.

Advise Bill whether he can return the Smart TV Box to the shop and if not, what remedies will be available to him.
