Before Janet joined the bank, she used to work in a firm that give good salary. However, she was terminated from that firm because of violation of ethical rules. Janet feels that her life is miserable. When she joined the bank she could not make a good friendship at work. She always seems to be alone even during the break time. In addition her boss at the bank is very rude, and he does not treat employoes with respect. Additionally, Janet's daughter suffer from specific health condition that required medical treatments, Unfortunately the health insurance policy does not cover this medical treatment, and that affect her financially. Required: Discuss and explain what the bank should have done to prevent Janet from committing fraud.
