Bokang works for Fix-It Electronics. He was appointed six months ago after graduating with a certificate in electronics from a local FET college. His main job in this organisation is to fix plasma televisions. Of late the organization is experiencing a lot of returns due to customers who are not happy with the work done. It came to managements attention that most of the client returns is linked to work done by Bokang. Because of this problem Bokang scored very low rating during the mid-year review meeting.
