The inventories as at 31 March 2020 were as follows: Royalty 36,000 RM Purchases of raw materials 577,008 Raw materials 45,000 Allowance for unrealised profit as at 1 April 2019 1,008 Work-in-progress 18,000 Office equipment 72,000 90,000 Finished goods 54,000 Manufacturing workers wages Ordinary shares of RMI each 246,600 Insurance for office building 43,200 2. Finished goods manufactured are transferred to the store at a mark-up of Utilities 72,000 20%. Inventories as at 1 April 2019: Raw materials 25,200 3. Depreciation for non-current assets is based on the following rates: Work-in-progress 21,600 Factory machinery : 10% per annum on straight line method Finished goods at mark-up of 20% 43.200 Office equipment : 15% per annum on reducing balance method Accumulated depreciation as at 1 April 2019: Factory machinery 14,400 4. As at 31 March 2020, prepaid factory rental was RM9,000 and utilities Office equipment 3.600 unpaid was RM18,000. The utilities expenses are apportioned 70% to Revenue 1,620,000 factory and 30% to administration department.
