The following items recorded in the cash journals did not appear in the bank statement: a) The cheques of \$2 003 are outstanding. In other words, these cheques are issued by the AXL Firm but not processed by the bank yet. b) Unpresented cheque for the amount of $1000. c) The deposits of $400 are outstanding. In other words, AXL Firm received this cheque from its customer and deposited this cheque in the bank. However, this cheque is not processed by the bank yet. d) A cheque of \$296 was erroneously debited from AXL Firm's bank account by the bank.
