Also, Flint Corporation identified at acquisition date a patent with a fair value of $55 000 that Mark Pte Ltd has not recorded in its own accounts. Also, Flint Corporation identified at acquisition date a contingent liability related to a lawsuit where Mark Ltd was sued by a former supplier and attached a fair value of $60 000 to that liability.
