iii) Describe the correlation between Traffic Offered to Traffic Carried and Traffic Loss when the system is stable. (4 marks) 

iv) Calculate the average delay. Compare the average delay if one operator is added. (6 marks) 

v) Determine the probability of a customer waiting more than 1 minute before being attended by an operator. Based on the value calculated, decide whether the call center needs to hire a new operator. (4 marks)
