Salvage is estimated at $75,000. i. Compare book values for MACRS and standard SL depreciation over a 7-year recovery period. ii. Explain how the estimated salvage is treated using MACRS MACRS % years 1 to 8 (14.29, 24.49, 17.49, 12.49, 8.93,8.92, 8.93, 4.47) respectively [3 Marks] d.
