Carmody Ltd incurs interest expenses from these Debentures only and its financial year ends on 31 December. Required: (A) Journalise the issue of debentures on 31 July 2019. (2 marks) (B) Joumalise the payment of interest on 30 November 2019. (2 marks) (C) Joumalise the accrual of interest (if any) on 31 December 2019. (2 marks) (D) Journalise the payment of interest on 31 May 2020. (3 marks) (E) Report Debentures payable and Interest payable as they would appear on the statement of financial position at 31 December 2019.
