One of the employees from Glass Unlimited came to my home and measured the windows. Two days later, I received a telephone call and was informed that it would cost me $5,608 for the replacement glass, because of the unusual sizes; they had to be custom made. This price would include removal of the old glass and installation of the new. I was informed that it would take about two weeks for this special order of these goods. Nothing in writing was ever given to me and I didn't sign anything.
