A term of the contract required Pinkday to arrive in Australia one week before the first performance to enable the group to rehearse and to allow Splint Productions Ltd time to finalise staging details. The lead singer of Pinkday was unable to travel due to sickness and arrived on the day of the first concert. Advise Splint Productions whether they may terminate the contract due to breach of the contract
