commission was 10% of the purchase price. Tommy purchased one for his brother. He did not tell Paula and paid her RM3,500. Tommy sold the second unit to May for RM 4,000 but paid Paula RM3,500. Discuss whether Tommy has breached any of his duties as an agent.
