Mention all details: how you contracted it, how it spread to other family members, the symptoms you experienced, the medicines and home remedies you used to manage the symptoms, the food you ate, how you kept yourself calm, the way you overcame anxiety. End on a persuasive note so that they are careful and follow SoPs.
