Macroenvironment: What forces in the macroenvironment most influenced your decision to attend Penn State? Pick at least two and describe.

Customer Relationship Groups: Take a look at the customer relationship groups in Figure $1\mathrm{.}5($Butterflies$,$ True Friends, Barnacles and Strangers$).$ Pick two of these categories. For each category, describe one product$/$brand in your own life that fits that category and why. If you have time, here's a challenge question: Your textbook says not to invest in Strangers.
