Other people might think that 2 to 3 months is too short of a time frame for the chart, while others might think one month is better than couple months. I think that this is debatable because of this situation and to show a better pattern in the preparation times, then there needs to be a good amount of time recorded.

The question "Why was it important to use a process behavior chart to analyze clinic preparation times?", is not debatable because the importance of the process behavior chart to analyze clinic preparation times is to show the pattern and show this in a chart form. The chart is there to show the understanding of every day's preparation time and how it compares to other days in the months or weeks. The average is also calculated from the data to be able to show the average preparation time for the office and now the office can calculate their time and needs based off of the informationfound in the behavior chart.

The question "What is unusual about clinic preparation time on July 4th?, is not debatable either because the clinic preparation time for July 4th is higher than any other day. When you look and examine in the behavior chart for the clinic's preparation times for the month of June and July, the observation is clear for that specific date because it is almost 10 more minutes than the average preparation times. I believe that this is the most unusual thing about the July 4th date in the preparation times and it seems to be clear in the chart.
