Subsequently, SIRIM delivered TQM training and advisory services to Yayasan Pahang in area such as Benchmarking Quality Control Tools Balance Score Cards Key Performance Indicators and Customer Services In 2010, Yayasan Pahang officially adopted the Total Quality Management System as a tool to further enhance the performance of the organization. This initiative brought the organization in line with the Prime Ministers call for excellence, outlined in the Government Transformational Programme (GTP). Yayasan Pahang staff has been fully prepared and trained to respond to the PMs challenge of improving services to the people.
