Akram owns many properties in Lahore and Karachi and he used to do many contracts by exchanging properties with different property dealers and earns profit. Akram pledges one of his property situated at Main Market road Lahore to Asif for the period of six months for 50 Lac rupees. After two months, Akram went on vacations to Europe but get stuck in Europe due to Global Pandemic. During this, Akram appoint Asif as his agent to all of his properties including the pledged property. At the time of payment, Asif sell the pledged property and recovered his loan amount. After some days, Akram returned back to Pakistan and demanded possession of his properties including pledged property.
