At work due to COVID19, my work wants its employees to start preparing for working from home by providing them with the tools. The Ho being 45minutes or roughly (close enough) to that time which would mean you accept the null hypothesis. In an event where there would be a significant difference, using 15minutes as an example. If the delivery took 60 minutes plus, then we would reject the Ho for the alternative hypothesis.
