Limited of which Floyd is a director. During the next year FF and Co. Limited operating difculties and the value of its shares fall dramatically, so that Grady's investment is now worth $500. Grady was planning to use the money to start a small business of his own and he is now unable to do this. He claims that he was greatly inuenced by the advice given by Floyd and feels that Floyd should have known the difculties of FF and Co. Limited, which has caused him to lose a lot of his investment. Advise Grady with a relevant case law
