Question: Consider the main cause is Contaminated Floor in ishikawa diagram. Use any of the problem solving and brainstorming method to document your teams process for developing solutions.
The team is of 5 people. Name them as A,B,C,D,E. Each person should provide suggestion, cause, effect and solution for contaminated floor. There should be 5 ideas one per person. Club all those ideas and conclude a solution.
For example one of the person name is Arathi.
Suggested that the poor material quality is a result of IKEA as such because we received defected furniture from them. If the quality of furniture is poor, then it can be dangerous for the people using it, for example a sofa if defected can cause issues when people sit on it lie on it. So, Arathi recommended that we shall return the furniture back to IKEA and obtain new furniture from Home Depot as they have more reputation when it comes to home appliance and furniture.
Likewise, please provide 5 brainstorming ideas and conclude a solution.
