You are required to enter the data set into SPSS and generate output for the following statistical measurements: The SPSS outputs generated for each of the questions must be exported to MS Word document
- Calculate the Cronbach's alpha value for the Work Environment rating scale developed by the researcher.
- Generate the frequency table for the demographical data of the study respondents.
- Calculate the descriptives for all the four subscales of Work environment for the gender distribution in the study.
- Calculate the Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient (r) value for the following
- Correlation between years of service and employee turnover
- Correlation between professional environment and gender of the employees
- Correlation between age of the employees and social environment
- Correlation between employee turnover and work environment
