Following is the data set for a study done among employees in the commercial banking sector in Lusaka, Zambia. The research was aimed to study the relationship between work environment (WE) and employee turnover (ET). Work environment was measured using 4 criteria on a rating scale of 100. The criteria were 1=Physical environment (PE), 2=Emotional environment (EE), 3=Social environment (SE), and 4=Professional environment (PRE).

1. Calculate the Cronbach's alpha value for the Work Environment rating scale developed by the researcher.
2. Generate the frequency table for the demographical data of the study respondents.
3. Calculate the descriptives for all the four subscales of Work environment for the gender distribution in the study.
4. Calculate the Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient (r) value for the following
   1. Correlation between years of service and employee turnover
   2. Correlation between professional environment and gender of the employees
   3. Correlation between age of the employees and social environment
   4. Correlation between employee turnover and work environment
5. Conduct a T-test to accept or reject the hypotheses:

H₀ = There is no statistically significant difference between the male and female employees' rating of emotional environment.

H₁ = There is statistically significant difference between the male and female employees' rating of emotional environment.
