question: I have to write down a Closing letter. Please help me. There is information and a sample closing letter below.

I received a phone call from our client John Smith today. He wanted to thank the firm for all of the excellent work that we have done for him this year. Although Mr. Smith had a difficult year legal-wise, his business has done remarkably well and he received a large settlement from his personal injury case. Mr. Smith has notified us that he will be moving to Austin this summer to live with his new girlfriend. There is no pending legal work to complete for Mr. Smith so we can go ahead and close his account with the firm since he will no longer be in the Dallas area. Since we will no longer be representing Mr. Smith and will be closing his file with us, we will need to send him a closing letter.
