I would have a meeting with said teacher who is always late and talk to her about the schools policies on being late to school. I would let her know how important it is for her to be on time for school and let her know I do see how hard she works after school and how good she is with the students. I would also want to talk with her to see if I can understand why she always late. Then try to help her come up with some kind of plan for her to be on time to work. I would do these things for her because I personally feel like everyone should have the chance to explain themselves and make changes to do better and have the self-control over their live and work as long as it falls in the school or company policies. This would give an opportunity to give the teachers some self-control and clan control.They have to follow the policies of the school meaning they need to show up to school 30 minutes before class but still gives the some self-control to be able control their home life and wrok but still comply with the school expectations of the teachers.
