I would firstestablishwith her what the expectations with attendance are within the company. I would pull up a log on her attendance in the past and explain to her where it should be and check in with her over time so she knows where she stands. If she continues to be late for work then we would need to takedisciplinary action. Sometimes being late happens so maybe we could make a point system where for every tardy is a point and if you get to 10 within a year it is a write up but they fall off after the yearly date. My current job actually does this but it is even if you are 1 minute late.
