Question in r

Let this be the data set

mydata = read.table(text=" INC_A SAC_A INC_B ASD_C X 1 5 12 Y 4 2 13

Z 5 3 15 ", header=TRUE)

I need to keep the first two columns and any column that ends in C; remove row where INC_A = Y; and move from wide form to long form.
