  • The sales representatives who were paid a flat salary were unhappy with the company's current compensation plan
  • Four of thesales representatives were recently hired and didn't fully understand how to properly manage their assigned sale territories
  • A main factor contributing to the low sales and profits was due to the fact that sales team members lacked some basic skills in selling
