There is a policy strictly forbidding staff to release guest information. Famous artist Kanye has been staying in the penthouse suite for the last 7 days. A mob of groupies, including Max's sister, arrive at the hotel and break into the penthouse to pester Kanye. As Max had been on duty all that week and because one of the groupies was his sister the hotel blames him for the breach of information.
