A company can be defined as a group of persons associated together for the purpose of attaining a common objective, be it social or economic. A company is considered to be a legal entity separate from its owners. There is a veil/shield/curtain that separate s the company from its owners. However, at there are incidences when its veil is lifted by either the court or status.

Using three real and relevant examples from Kenya, illustrate incidences when a company veil was lifted. (30 Marks)
