Company MXXY is a home building company in Australia. The senior architect of Company MXXY, Katherine is nervous about financial viability of Company MXXY and her employment. She has also always harboured ambitions of running her own architectural practice. During the year, Veronica unintentionally left her laptop on and Katherine downloaded client list of Company MXXY. She established a new company called Melb Li Pty Ltd to provide architectural services and contacted the clients from the lost she downloaded. One of Company MXXYs clients advised the chairperson of Company MXXY that Katherines company has contacted them.
