They hired your team to create a soap for men and market it under their brand, Olay for Men Start with a SWOT analysis of the top 2 competitors in the men's soap market. In your search you will find that the market for men's products is highly diverse. Olay competes in one type of segment, but other segments exist with a different message and feel. It is this market that your client seeks to enter. Products that are made from natural products is new to Olay for Men. You may need to consider proposing to them a change in their social values to enter this market segment. Perhaps some help from Indian health traditions could be beneficial.
