Vacuum Robot

The Vacuum robot will move up and down the stairs by detecting the immediate surroundings.

Conditions

-From the problem statement, there are two different outputs (Up & Down) moving the stairs

- Let Up represents binary 1 and Down represents binary 0 since there are only two outputs

Input

Based on the surroundings, it will move up and down the stairs:

1) Since the vacuum robot is moving only on stairs, when it senses the stairs are over, that is, when it senses the flat surface, the output will be toggled.

2) When the obstacle comes in front of the vacuum robot while moving up and down the stairs
