This week is an INDIVIDUAL writing activity. And it is important, as it deals with Strategy and Management. The unit notes I've made for you on this chapter, chapter 11, covers the main points, but there is a lot to think about in this chapter. The textbook is your main source to help you in your thinking

The exercise question asks for you to discuss the 2 main strategies. Well you can find their names right in the unit note for this week, but I want much more than their names. How are these strategies implemented? What does this mean for the company's organizational structure. How does this relate to other strategies that a company has that has nothing to do with going global. What are the + and - of using this strategy. How does this relate to the company's mission statement. Pages 274 and Page 275, and the rest of this chapter 11 will help you.

Please DO NOT just say "the strategies are called X and Y. An example of X is found in Wal Mart. An example of Y is found in...starbucks."Describe what they mean for the company and management.

Please help me out and should contain min of five to seven hundred words.
