decides to expand his car workshop business. For this purpose, he needs to hire someone who
is knowledgeable and experienced in repairing old cars. However, the salary for such an
individual must be too high. One day he read on the Internet about Expert System (ES) can be
implemented for diagnosing cars' problems and suggesting a solution. In this case, he needs
more information about this Expert System (ES). You as an IT software developer, propose
an appropriate ES model to help Encik Firdaus. Your proposal should include some of the
following.

5. Case-Based Reasoning (CBR)
After have some discussions, Encik Firdaus decides to use Case-Based Reasoning (CBR)
model in his expert system to diagnose car problem in his workshop. Help him, and give
him your own example how to calculate the similarity value by determining the following
items.
a. THREE (3) car models as Case 1, Case 2 and New Case;
b. A problem and AT LEAST FIVE (5) features to be compared with Case 1
and Case 2;
c. Importance and similarity weightage for each feature;
d. Calculate similarity value for New Case vs Case 1, and New Case vs Case 2;
e. Do justification for the result
