3.2. John Drake is s shoe manufacturing company of which Sanjay is one of the Directors. Sanjay comes from a medical background and has no idea what The Companies Act deals with. He thinks that he as a Director has carte blanche to do whatever he pleases; he is surprised to know that there are criminal offences which a director can be held liable for.
