That deck of 21 becomes your working deck

Fan them out

ask neighbor to remember a card

Distribute working deck into three piles until all cards are distributed

Display each pile of 7 cards to neighbor to see which pile they see their card

stacked the cards back together with the pile that has your neighbors card in the middle and the other pile of cards on top and the bottom

Do this two more times

neighbors card will be the 11th card
