Your client is Steve Nash, a Personal Fitness Instructor. Steve and Clara Hughes, a stay at home mom, have been living together since June 17, 2003. Steve was born on July 12, 1980 and Clara on February 18, 1983. They have two children, Megan born on August 15, 2008 and Steve Junior born on August 19, 2010. Your client is contemplating applying for court orders relating to the children. Question 2

Your client Sara Singha-Bonkers and Billy Bonkers were married in Ontario in January 2004. Billy is originally from Ontario and all his family live there. Sara's family lives in BC and the Bonkers moved to BC in December 2008, because of the special care available for their son Ray. There are two children of the family, Kelley born February 14, 2006 and Ray born June 7, 2008. Ray was born with Cerebral Palsy and requires constant care and support. Sara wishes to proceed with a divorce application and applications for custody, child and spousal support.
