Rowan can afford to put $600 toward his credit card payments every month, but he isn't sure how much to pay down on each card. He has three cards with the following in current balance amounts, minimum monthly payments, and APR (interest rates).

Card A: $11,567 current balance; $92 minimum monthly payment; 24.93% APR.

Card B: $2,165 current balance; $25 minimum monthly payment; 14.99% APR.

Card C: $5,812 current balance; $49 minimum monthly payment; 25.95% APR.
