The Reliable Media Consult is a non - governmental organization that comes out every quarter of the year with a Newsletter on Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental issues in every sector of the economy of Ghana (a West African country). It writes on Safety and Health issues at all workplaces, and advocates for quality tools, equipment and infrastructure at every workplace to minimize risk. It also advocates for quality control measures in every sector of the country.

In their last quarterly (1^st Jan - 30^th Apr 2020) Newsletter, it reported that within the afore-mentioned quarter, there were more (20 times) death on our roads caused as a result of road traffic accidents than from the COVID - 19 pandemic.

As a result, they are inviting professionals in the field of logistics to attend an impending seminar in July 2020 to deliberate on the way forward concerning the following three (3) areas.

Task 1

You are being invited as an aspiring logistician to brief the participants on the best practices and quality control measures (safety regulations) governing the road transport industry and suggest ways to enforce same in order to minimize death on our roads. (Note: Do mention anybody or bodies that are to enforce the regulation).(Word count minimum 1000)
