14. Select one goal that you want to accomplish this year. Remember, your goal should be SMART; this means your goal must be:

*Specific *Measurable *Attainable * Relevant * Time- bound

Here's an example: " I will do well in school". ( goal)

I will achieve at least 90% in my Medical Technology course this term " ( SMART goal)

Do you notice that the SMART goal states what you will achieve ( Specific), is tracked by the grading system ( Measurable), and sets a timeline ( Time - bound)? If we assume that this goal is realistic and achievable ( Attainable) and meaningful to you ( Relevant), then it meets all requirements of a SMART goal!
