1)In a given application an averaging mask is applied to input images to reduce noise and the Laplacian mask is applied to enhance samll details.Would the result be the same if the order of these operations were reversed?Eplain by developing a mathematical procedure.

2) Find fourier spectrum,phase angle and power spectrum from 2D fourier transform.then prove that if f(,y) is an image ,the value of the fourier transform at the origin will equal to the average gray level of the image
