Rafael, I enjoyed reading your viewpoints on what strategies you agreed with or didn't. We both picked the supermarket store but with different views. I like your reasoning as to why you agree with their strategy and how they should assess the affect of cannibalization of their current stores. My only concern with their strategy is how many customers could be lost by switching from budget friendly to private. I understand that it opens up room for new customers but it can drastically backfire due to how many stores they have already, since it accounts for half of Thompson-Smith's total stores. Do you think they can keep the budget stores, and open up the newer ones promoting the higher-quality with out taking a loss? An example of this is Walmart and then Neighborhood Walmart
