Rajah has gained a few pounds during the pandemic, and he needs some new jeans for a social event next week. He wants to find some really nice jeans to look good for his friends, who he hasn't seen in a couple years.

He finds a pair of ripped and faded jeans at a local store, but is a bit concerned about the $300 price tag that it comes with. Knowing that his friends will be seeing him soon, he pushes aside his doubts, walks up to the cashier, and inserts his credit card.

At Rajah's social event, one of his friends points out to him that the style of the jeans he bought is "so very 2020," and isn't in fashion any more. Slightly embarrassed, and still hurting from the $300 bill on his credit card, Rajah hurries home from the event.

The next day Rajah goes to the store and shows the credit card bill, indicating there is a mistake. The cashier points to a large sign above the cashier that says "No refunds or returns. All sales are final."

Rajah has taken Law, and he says that he didn't make a contract for the jeans, because he did not provide any acceptance for the purchase. Is Rajah right, and will he be able to return his jeans?
