1. Raymond Fabrics, Inc. filed a suit in Calif. State Court against Corie restaurant, LLC and the companys officers Miguel and Mo Friedo in their individual capacities. Raymond Fabrics claimed that the Friedos had breached their personal guaranty for Corie Restaurants debt to Raymond Fabrics.
