An RJP provides a candidate for employment with the positives and the negatives of a position. These positives and negatives may include the nature of the work, the organization, co-workers, and the manager and help candidates make an informed decision based in whether to accept or decline the role if offered.

Look up and find RJP and think about what he or she likes and dislikes (or finds frustrating) about working at the employer and compare it to what you were told the job would entail when you applied. State what and how you would explain any discrepancies to a potential candidate.If there are no discrepancies, state this but include what YOU like/dislike about the job.
