|-|-|----|- 2 3 Going all the way back to 1935, my first slogan is from an iconic Wheaties commercial claiming that their cereal was the- "Breakfast of Champions." 1. Self- Actualization: This slogan sparks the imagination of any young child wondering if they will grow up to become the next champion. 2. Esteem: Champions always appear to be confident and well respected by the community. Perhaps eating this cereal could help to achieve those characteristics. 4 3. Love- Belonging: I connect this feeling more to the commercial, than to the actual slogan. If you have never seen the commercial before it features a small boy sitting at the breakfast table with his mother enjoying a bowl of cereal. It plays largely on the mother/son bond. Page 1 of 2 5 4. Safey: When we think of a champion, or an athlete- we think of a very strong person who is healthy. 5. Physiological: The product slogan implies that champions eat breakfast each day. Milk Does the Body Good was a slogan back in the 1980s that really got the attention of everyone to drink milk. Self-Actualization - This slogan used athletes who were at the top of their game for strength and performance to show how drinking milk does the body good. Esteem -This slogan encouraged people to drink milk so that they too could perform at the highest levels like some of the celebrities featured in the commercials and advertisements. LINE Love - This slogan made people want to drink milk if they truly loved themselves and their body to provide the best to it. "Milk does the body good," implies that it's good for us, so if you care about your body, drink milk! Safety - This one is a stretch but milk can make your healthier helping you to live longer. W Physiological - The slogan makes people feel that it is essential and required for a healthy lifestyle. 6 A Focus L $ 91%
