Christina, the social media manager of your firm, has asked you todraft a blog for the firm's social media page on the Carter v Mehmetcase. One of the directors of the firm has said this is an important case in several ways. However, Christina has decided that your blog should focus on either:

• the discussion about 'Aboriginal objects' and defects in title in land contracts or
• to provide an update on requisitions and objections in conveyances.

Christina wants the blog to be informative but in a way that explains the main points so that they are easy for staff to pick up possibly while reading the blog over lunch. So, she has emphasised that you need to communicate any important changes or updates but in a way that is not overly technical.

Christina says she is giving you a free hand to express your originality, and to take an innovative approach. She wants to see how well you go at developing some technical legal content for social media as the firm wants to transition more in that direction as a means of communicating important updates in the law to staff.
